To Ruby, healing is more than treatment—it’s a journey of restoring alignment between the mind, body, and spirit. She walks alongside her patients, helping them uncover the deeper root causes of disharmony and return to wholeness.
Ruby’s Story
Ruby didn’t begin her journey in perfect health — She began it as a patient.
From a very young age, her body and mind were in constant struggle. Childhood asthma, early mental instability, depression, and PTSD shaped her early years. Sleep deprivation, vivid dreams, cold hands and feet, and tendinitis became daily companions.
By adulthood, her challenges multiplied: migraines, poor concentration and periods of hyperactivity, digestive issues, severe reflux, nausea, bloating, constipation, stomach ulcer, ketoacidosis, and even temporary vision loss. Fatigue was relentless — some days she slept 17 hours. Her immune system struggled, with twitching muscles, numb legs, and dry eyes that made even simple movements difficult.
In her search for answers, she explored countless treatments and therapies — from dietary changes, ketogenic diets, vegetarian and fruitarian approaches, elemental diets, and more. She tried over 60 different supplements and invested in learning, experimenting, and discovering what truly supports health. Each offered some relief, yet something was always missing. She realised that true healing needed to go deeper. One turning point was a near-death experience — a moment that profoundly shifted her perspective on life, health, and purpose.
While her journey began in hardship, learning to navigate life entirely on her own, that resilience became her strength. It has also laid the foundation for a life of empathy, awareness, and the determination to heal. These challenges are part of her story, yet they connect her to the universal human experience of pain, endurance, and the search for balance. Her health journey ultimately led her to study the body, mind, and spirit as one, dedicating her work to guiding others out of the same maze she once wandered.
