She has a particular interest in digestive health, stress-related conditions, sleep regulation, pain management, and cosmetic acupuncture, and is dedicated to supporting patients with a diverse range of symptoms, especially those related to chronic and complex health conditions.
To Ruby, healing is more than treatment—it’s a journey of restoring alignment between the mind, body, and spirit. She walks alongside her patients, helping them uncover the deeper root causes of disharmony and return to wholeness.
Ruby’s Story
From a young age, Ruby faced ongoing challenges with both her body and mind. Childhood asthma, early struggles with mental health, depression, and PTSD shaped her early years. Sleep difficulties, cold hands and feet, tendinitis, and vivid dreams were constant companions. Her hyper-vigilance meant that even eight hours of sleep often felt like only a few minutes, with her mind constantly analysing and never resting—leaving her exhausted, on edge, and sharpening her analytical mind, turning relentless observation into a unique skill for understanding complex patterns.
By adulthood, her health challenges increased: migraines, difficulty concentrating and periods of hyperactivity, digestive issues such as severe reflux, nausea, bloating, constipation, stomach ulcers, and malnutrition. Fatigue was overwhelming at times, some days she slept 17 hours. Her immune system struggled, with twitching muscles, numb legs, and dry eyes that made even simple movements difficult.
In her search for solutions, she explored many approaches — dietary changes, different eating styles, supplements, and therapies - always learning and experimenting to understand what truly supports health. Each offered some relief, yet full wellness remained elusive.
A life-changing near-death experience became a turning point, giving her a deeper understanding of health, healing, and purpose. She realised that true healing needed to go deeper than simply treating symptoms.
While her journey began in hardship, learning to navigate life largely on her own, that resilience became her strength. It laid the foundation for a life of empathy, awareness, and the determination to heal. These challenges are part of her story, connecting her to the universal human experience of pain, endurance, and the search for balance.
Her health journey ultimately led her to study the body, mind, and spirit as a whole, dedicating her work to guiding others out of the same maze she once wandered, helping them find solutions that address the root of their health and wellbeing.
