Where are you based?
We are based in Perth, Australia, and offer consultations online globally. All times listed are in Perth time (AWST).
What services do you offer?
Our services include online TCM consultations, acupressure guidance, dietary and lifestyle guidance, wellness coaching, and herbal supplements (Australia only). All services are delivered from Australia under Australian TCM practice standards.
How do I book a consultation?

What are your consultation hours?
Our standard telehealth hours are Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Perth time).
Do you offer consultations outside those hours for international clients?
Yes, we offer flexible hours upon request to accommodate clients in Europe or the U.S. Please contact us for special arrangements.
How much does a consultation cost?
Fees vary based on the service. A standard initial consultation starts from AUD 180$. Please check our pricing page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and secure online payments through our booking platform.
Can I claim private health insurance rebates?
If you're in Australia and your provider covers TCM, yes—provided you're eligible. Check with your health fund or contact us for support.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
Please ensure you are in a quiet space with good internet. New clients will be asked to complete an intake form before the session.
How are sessions conducted?
All sessions are held securely online via video conferencing. No app downloads required—just click the secure link we provide.
Do you have support in Mandarin or other languages?
Yes, Mandarin support is available upon request. Please mention this when booking.
